Using the hotel interface, it is possible to book invoices from the cash register to a hotel room or to transfer all bookings to your hotel PMS in order to carry out the business analyses there. The PC CADDIE hotel interface supports the following hotel systems:

PC CADDIE also offers a file-based, open interface. This could be controlled by the hotel software. PC CADDIE also has its own hotel module, which is available for small and medium-sized hotels.

Once the hotel interface has been installed and the hotel card server has been started, the room can be booked in the cash register using the function key (F9). PC CADDIE then suggests the people who are currently guests in the hotel. The outstanding bill can then be booked to one of these people.

TIP The data traffic between PC CADDIE and the hotel software can be checked via the posting protocol of the interface. The posting can be found in the configuration of the hotel interface under the menu item „Functions“.
