The editor for contribution articles has been completely revised. Of course, we also carried out many tests in advance. Unfortunately, we have only now realised through practical cases in which a relatively large number of items have to be selected that a problem can arise due to fields that are inadvertently defined too small: Important information from the article automation may have been lost!

For example, a date restriction can be affected in this way: „01.01.2023-31.12.2023“ incorrectly became „01.01.2023-31.12.202“ (only 20 characters were taken; the rest was cut off at the back)

Or some could also have been omitted at the end when selecting the characteristics if a large number of selections were necessary, such as for association contributions.

Please be sure to download a current update (at least from 11.12.23) before creating contribution invoices.
Please check your automations in the contribution articles again after the update, it is possible that selected features have been lost!
