If you enter the LGV (Landesgolfverband) or DGV (Deutscher Golfverband) as the organiser in the basic tournament settings, a separate tab for substitute players is available for organising the tournament.

With this setting in the Internet options, you will then have the following tab in the game editor:

This has the following advantage:
Substitute players are not included in team assignments and when loading the players into the result recording!
