Via the menu Tournaments/Multiple tournaments and golf weeks/Print…/Simple start time list you will receive a blank start time list in which the players can enter their times.

TIP This is particularly practical if, for example, the players are allowed to register as a team of 4 for a scramble, then you can use this list with corresponding texts as an entry list or entry list.
