Since the introduction of the WHS (World Handicap System), it is once again important to give the results to players with a foreign home club or to transmit them to the club, as the „international interfaces between the national golf associations“ do not yet work everywhere (as of May 2021).

With the function Tournaments/Print…/Results messages function, a separate results report is printed for each club. The results can then be sent to the players' home clubs. PC CADDIE summarises all players for whom the same home club has been specified in one printout. You can also enter the complete address for the clubs in the club data management so that the address can be used automatically in the printouts (see also Clubs from abroad).

This function cannot be called up for foursomes tournaments. Fourball or aggregate foursomes tournaments are generally not handicap-relevant and therefore there are no result notifications.

Change the settings as required and then start the printing process with the button Print (F8). If a Swiss club handles the competition, the printout (always print after completion of the competition) for a German club could look like this. The values for the tees are printed per player so that all the information required to enter results from another country is available.

This function is used to create result messages for the tournament currently being edited. For open golf weeks and similar, it may therefore be useful to use the function Competitions/Multiple tournaments and golf weeks/Results messages instead of this function. This allows you to summarise the tournament results from several tournaments in one printout per club: Ergebnis-Mitteilungen .
