Configure time frame

You can create additional time frames under Configure time frame & New.

Explanation:

1. Name of the time frame (mandatory)
2. Colour for differentiation
3. Date range. E.g. 01.01.2025 - 31.12.2025 or selection of specific days
4. Weekdays incl. public holidays
5. Time range. e.g. 09.00 to 14.00
6. Cyclical: e.g. time range-dependent duration & break. Duration 10 hours, then break 4 hours
7. Check selection: Check total booking time or check start time only
8. Select & combine several time frames

Do you not want to select a time frame or simply back out of the field:

The top menu item is an „empty“ time frame that cannot be changed.

Before you delete or change a time frame, check where it is being used. This is because a change then has consequences for all articles, timetable rules or price levels, for example.

Winter/summer - during & outside opening hours

Created in individual time frames:

1. The entire day must be covered. From 00.00 - 24.00
2. All days must be tapped. Mon - Sun incl. public holiday
3. The entire year must be tapped. Either no date selection, then the time frame always applies, or with date, then from 01.01. - 31.12.

Cyclical

Time range applies from 00.00 to 24.00. This time frame is valid for a period of 10 hours, i.e. from 00.00 to 10.00 and then pauses for 4 hours, i.e. until 14.00 and then applies again.

Further time frames are integrated into this time frame.

Is linked in a time frame.

Cyclical = Duration rule with pause of the rule

1. Main time frame = The total period (highlighted in green) can be stored here or the period remains empty and is filtered by the sub-time frames (highlighted in pink)
2. Individual time frame e.g. main season from - to. Days selected. Time selected
3. Single time frame e.g. main season from - to. Days selected. Time is stored as duration/break.

Here you can see in the overview that time frames can be set but do not have to be.

Differentiation: - with time frame: blue font and name of the time frame under Valid

Pick up weekdays in the article:

Pick up different prices for the number of holes or on weekdays in colours/sizes.

Payment online or on site - pick up the rate code:

Create time frames during & outside opening hours

1. time frame, composed of (2) winter & summer during opening hours.

3. time frame, composed of (4) winter & summer outside opening hours.

Combine article & rate code in the timetable rule

1. Name of the rule

1. adjust article as in most cases only a distinction is made between weekdays and weekends.

2. print timetable rules or take a screenshot.

2. The name of the rule provides information about the times, e.g. outside or during opening hours, winter season, etc.
3. Under Day and From-To the days & times displayed

3. use the printout or screenshot to create the required time frames.

In this example, only the rule: 1. PAY_Gast outside opening hours & 2. PAY_Gast during opening hoursmust each be created as a time frame.

and

4. finally, only the individual setting needs to be exchanged for the newly created time frame.
