Tournaments/Events with Golf.at

If you click in your PC CADDIE with RIGHT CLICK on the GOLF.AT logo at the top of the bar

you are immediately in your GOLF.AT-ADMIN account:

If you click on the GOLF.AT button on the right in your basic tournament settings and confirm with OK, this is sufficient for tournament information to be sent to GOLF.AT with the next FTP butler transfer.

After you have edited all tournaments, start the FTP butler via the Golf.at icon and send all tournaments together.

If you really ONLY want to transfer the information and do not want to display start lists and result lists, change the setting for Display status to do not publish a listbefore clicking OK.

If you no tournament info to GOLF.AT, set the display status to Hide tournament

Tournaments that have already been transferred to GOLF.AT can only be deleted in your GOLF.AT ADMIN area!

Please write an e-mail to support@pccaddie.com if you would like us to set your PC CADDIE so that no information and lists of tournaments are transferred to GOLF.AT without you having to pay attention to it.

In PC CADDIE, the prerequisite here is that the player numbers and entry limits are filled, this can also be done in the basic tournament settings on the right under GOLF.AT here:

If you confirm with OK, the setting will be transferred to GOLF.AT with the next synchronisation. You can then also check what you have transferred to GOLF.AT.

If you have filled in the number of players and entry limits, you will see the prepared setting for the online tournament entry in GOLF.AT. However, no player can register yet, because there are further requirements from the ÖGV!

You still need your club access from the ÖGV for www.Golfanmeldung.com in order to manually import tournaments for which you want to allow online tournament entries. A player can only register for a tournament imported into www.Golfanmeldung.com. You can also make further settings for your tournaments there. Ask your ÖGV contact for more information!

The number of players and registration limits must be filled in, as PC CADDIE checks this data when loading the players! If these fields are empty, PC CADDIE will refuse to load the players into the tournament.

Open your player editor. You are always „on the move“ here anyway when you edit your start list.

For tournaments that are released for tournament nomination, you will automatically be asked whether you want to load registrations as soon as the first tournament nomination is available. This query is always repeated when you open the player editor (even if there are no new registrations). New tournament entries are then loaded.

The registered players are loaded into the buffer of the player editor and are available for further creation of the start list automatically:

If you are unable to load the players, check the settings under Number of players and registration limits. These fields must be filled in!!!
