Annual update Luxembourg 2016

The Fédération Luxembourgeoise de Golf has also decided to make changes to the handicap system for 2016, thereby aligning itself with the latest EGA requirements. With effect from 1 January 2016, PC CADDIE has implemented all requirements, which are now automatically available to Luxembourg golf clubs in the 2016a version.

The new contents are:

• All players with handicap > 18.5 can now only be upgraded via Annual Handicap Review, once a year.
• There is no longer a CBA for classes 4 and 5.
• Only one 9-hole EDS round is possible per day. EDS rounds are no longer recognised in Class 1.
• 9-hole tournaments will not be recognised as handicap effective for handicap class 1.

All changes become active automatically. Please download the latest PC CADDIE update to version 2016a.
