Attaching attachments from CRM\DMS to emails with Thunderbird is just as easy as with Outlook.

It is also possible to save emails in PC CADDIE via a button in Thunderbird. We have developed a Thunderbird add-on for this purpose. If you are interested, please contact the Support.
