:!: In most cases, the right to play is already assigned automatically via the [[en:einstellungen:programmeinstellungen:personenmerkmale|]] under "Membership status", i.e. if you have set the right to play there, you should also edit it there. 

===== Set the right to play to this status =====

Via **//Automatically assign persons/playing rights//** you have the option of automatically assigning the right to play to certain groups of people. 
For example, if you need to completely change a group of members from "full playing rights"
to "no right to play".

:!: Check the checklist very carefully before ordering the badge.

Determine which gaming right is to be selected for which group of people and then confirm your entries with **//OK://**

Now select the relevant options and **//Start//** the process.

You can use this function if you want to enter the note "PASSIVE" in the function field in the person mask for all passive members.

:!: Please note that this function field also appears on the DGV card.

To do this, please open via **//Persons/Automatically assign playing rights//** and enter the required information here as described below:
