====== Information on data protection for individual modules in PC CADDIE ====== General information on data protection and the handling of personal data with regard to personal data in PC CADDIE can be found in the personal mask and in the manual under [[en:personen:datenschutz:datenschutz]] An ADV is concluded with each of our customers - please contact us if you do not have an ADV contract. You can download a sample contract for the order data agreement (ADV) here: [[http://www.pccaddie.de/fileadmin/content/Uploads/Vertraege/Vertrag_zur_Auftragsdatenverarbeitung_nach_DSGVO.pdf|Mustervertrag Order data processing PC CADDIE]].\\ In this template you will find all contractual regulations, in particular: * The list of companies with which we have concluded subcontractual relationships as a service offer * Appendix A: "Service description - processing of personal data", which describes specifically how the data is processed in your PC CADDIE * Appendix B: "Technical and organisational measures" to protect your data On this page, we describe the technical connections when using individual modules that may have data protection-relevant effects. Please note that we are explicitly not authorised to make recommendations on data protection. The following information is intended to clarify the situation so that users of our software, together with their respective data protection officers, can take appropriate measures and enter into agreements with third parties, e.g. in the form of contracts for order data agreements. ===== Online Invoice & Mailer" module ===== Manual and functional description: [[en:personen:mail:mail]] The Online Invoice & Mailer module basically works in the databases and software of the PC CADDIE software and its use therefore does not go beyond the settings for data protection and the agreement on the order data agreement with us as the PC CADDIE contractual partner. When sending invoices or mailings online, however, it is necessary to enter an SMTP server (see [[en:einstellungen:programmeinstellungen:mail-_und_smtp_einstellungen]] . If you use an external partner/server for the dispatch, this partner has access to the data protection-relevant information of the emails and attachments. An agreement on the order data agreement should therefore be checked with the partner. If you use the PC CADDIE "Domain Hosting" service as an SMTP server, this service is already included as part of the framework contract for commissioned data processing with PC CADDIE. ===== Mailing interface module (Supermailer, Rapidmail) ===== Manual and functional description of the interface to Rapidmail: [[en:personen:mailinginterface:rapidmail:rapidmail]] The "Mailing Interface (Supermailer, Rapidmail)" module works technically by means of a list export function from the PC CADDIE database, which is automatically created as a "recipient list" in Rapidmail. To trigger this service, a customer account is required and thus a contractual relationship with the provider of Rapidmail, which also regulates data protection. On the Rapidmail website (https://www.rapidmail.de/newsletter-marketing-dsgvo-und-datenschutz-konform) you will find information on this. Please check with your data protection officer whether the order data agreement concluded with the provider Rapidmail meets your requirements. With this data transfer interface, PC CADDIE acts legally on behalf of the customer to another service provider of the customer. There is no agreement between PC CADDIE and Rapidmail in the sense of an order data agreement - this is exclusively between the client (the golf course) and Rapidmail. PC CADDIE has authorised the provider ===== Domain Hosting" service ===== Manual and functional description: [[en:online:webhosting:webhosting]] ===== Cloud Hosting" service ===== Manual and functional description: [[en:online:cloud:cloud]] ===== "PC CADDIE Online Module" service ===== Manual and functional description: [[en:online:online]]
