====== Reminder, automatic actions ======

Under **//Timetable/Reminder, automatic actions//** you can set which actions PC CADDIE should perform automatically for you.

To process the tasks of the night run, a (general) [[de:sonstigefunktion:technik:neuinstallation:neuinstallation:instservices|PC CADDIE service]] should be installed.

===== Alarm clock =====

:!: Please note that although this function is still available, it has now been replaced by the module [[en:crm_erp:crmdms:crmdms]] in Pcc.

If you want Pcc to warn you automatically, first activate the reminder function and then enter the information, for example "Call Greenkeeper". You can also specify the time, the repetition rate and the type of sound. At the desired time, the following window will appear in Pcc, accompanied by your selected sound:

Select the options you want Pcc to carry out automatically for you
and the time at which Pcc should start these actions:

===== Night block =====

:!: This lock is only necessary if your IT administrator wants to back up the Pcc databases with an external programme. The databases can only be backed up reliably if they are closed. Enter the time at which Pcc should be locked (time of data backup). 

:!: The night lock must __not__ overlap with the Pcc night automatic.

:!: All Pcc modules cannot be used during this time (card systems, access controls, Pcc services, etc.). This also means that no start times can be booked during this time. Please also note that the same blocking also applies in the [[en:online:onlineclubmanager:onlineclubmanager|]] under the menu item [[en:online:onlineclubmanager:onlineclubmanager#teetime-server_tt-server|Teetime server (TT server)]].
